Clash of Cosmos

As a part of an iOS course me and my classmate choose to create a strategy game that would include direct battles with enemies.
Clash of Cosmos consists of two main phases that the player alternates between. The first phase is the strategy phase, where players construct buildings to generate resources, purchase and upgrade units, and trade with AI opponents. This phase lasts one minute, with resources being generated every second. The second phase involves battles, where players can challenge AI-controlled representations of other players. Alternatively, players can choose not to attack and instead focus on boosting their economy, leading to increased production. Victory is achieved by eliminating all AI opponents.
The biggest problem during development was integrating my strategic phase, written in Swift UI, with my classmate’s battle phase, which used SpriteKit framework. Another challenge was the necessity to visit school to use XCode, as neither of us owned a macOS device.
